Program Steering Committee (PSC) Committee
The PSC governs the Program. The membership is composed of SECO, key government partners including from Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development and Tree Crops Development Authority. On the private sector side, members of the PSC are from the Cashew Council of Ghana and Oil Palm Development Association of Ghana.

Development Partnership with the Private Sector (DPP)
The DPP Committee are responsible for the oversight of the DPP Fund. This oversight role includes approval of grant applications, amendment, cancellation and closure of grant programs.
Membership of this Committee comprises MOTI, MOFA, and technical experts in the cashew and oil palm value chains as well as a private sector agribusiness industrialist.

Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM)
Membership of this Committee comprises of TCDA, SECO and a Legal Expert from the office of the Attorney General’s Department.
The RRM Committee approves concept notes submitted by MDAs for new policy initiatives and adjustments of existing ones for alignment to Ghana’s strategy for tree crops.
